Private support is essential to VCOM’s continuing strength. Unrestricted donations to the President’s Discretionary Fund will help assure the college’s ability to realize a vision that is as exciting as it is ambitious.
Scholarship, research, and program dollars are certainly important, but unrestricted gifts to be used with discretion to meet needs as seen fit, are key to achieving the highest priorities of the college. One of the highest priorities is recruiting students who are dedicated to the goal of VCOM –to serve the people in the Appalachia region. Thus, you can be assured that an unrestricted contribution will reach our local community and help fulfill the VCOM mission.
