Official Transcripts
VCOM prohibits the Registrar from releasing official transcripts directly to any previous or current student; however, students may request an official transcript to be released directly to hospitals, board licensing programs, loan companies, etc.
Official transcripts are free for current students. Transcripts are $15 per transcript for previous students or graduates. Additional fees will be charged at the student’s expense if a delivery method other than USPS first-class mail is selected or if express delivery is selected.
- VCOM–Virginia processes transcript requests for the Graduate Certificate Premedical Program (formerly Post Baccalaureate Premedical Program).

Unofficial Transcripts
Current students and graduates may access their unofficial transcript at any time for free. Please follow the steps outlined below for your year of graduation:
Class of 2020 and Prior
- Login to the MyVCOM Portal using your student PID only (not the entire email address). You will use your VCOM password that you use for your email. If you need assistance accessing the student information system please contact your campus’ registrar.
- Select the “My Documents” tab, then select “Document Center” and click “View Previously Submitted Documents”.
- You may print the unofficial transcript.
Beginning with the Class of 2021
- Login to the MyVCOM Portal using your student PID only (not the entire email address). You will use your VCOM password that you use for your email. If you need assistance accessing the student information system please contact your campus’ registrar.
- Select the “My Academics” tab, then select “Unofficial Transcript”
- You may print the unofficial transcript.
