NOTE: NO FOOD is permitted inside the lecture halls. Food may NOT be stored on-campus after your event ends. Perishable food should be sent home with students or donated to Spartanburg Soup Kitchen. Non-perishable items may be donated to Spartanburg Soup Kitchen.
Financial Information
Student organizations must seek donations, rather than selling for profit.
Who will be asked to donate? How much or what items? How will donations be collected? Will participants receive any perk for their donation?
Be specific! Please note that funding VCOM medical missions, VCOM rural or international outreach, or small, locally-focused non-profits is preferred.
Please provide an estimated breakdown of expenses in the fields below.
