Marissa Meyer, DO

Dr Meyer grew up in Westlake Village, CA, and later attended UCLA for her undergraduate education, gaining a degree in the Study of Religion. During that time, she worked closely with UCLA athletics through a student athletic training internship where she provided medical coverage to the men’s volleyball team. She went on to medical school at A.T. Still University School of Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona. She then went on to complete a Family Medicine Residency at Virginia Tech Carillon in Roanoke, VA. She enjoys tending to her plants, playing with her puppy, hiking, baking, and cooking. She is very excited to continue her Sports Medicine journey at VCOM and looks forward to an awesome year!
