Personal: Dr. Edison and his wife, Kim, have three children: Tyler, Camden and Mason and two dogs Callie and Blaze. In my occasional spare time, I enjoy golfing with my boys.
Advice for a student aspiring to study medicine: Work hard! The road to becoming a physician is challenging and requires patience and perseverance. Don’t forget why you want to become a Doctor and the things that led you to that decision, but also be open minded with each experience to get the most out of every opportunity. Remember to take care of yourself along the way and have some fun throughout your journey also, it will all be worth it in the end!
