GI BILL ® Feedback System The GI BILL® Feedback System allows recipients of VA educational benefits to submit complaints against educational institutions or employers they believe have acted erroneously, deceptively, with misleading recruiting practices, or in some other way have failed to follow the Principles of Excellence. Individuals who wish to submit a complaint can do so on their own behalf, on behalf of someone else, or anonymously by visiting the GI BILL® Feedback System at: https://www.benefits.va.gov/GIBILL/Feedback.asp The Virginia State Approving Agency (SAA), is the approving authority of education and training programs for Virginia. Their office investigates complaints of GI BILL® beneficiaries. While most complaints should initially follow the school grievance policy, if the situation cannot be resolved at the school, the beneficiary should contact their office via email at: saa@dvs.virginia.gov. GI BILL® is a registered trademark of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). More information about the education benefits offered by VA is available at the official U.S. government website at: http://www.benefits.va.gov/gibill
