The most unforgettable moment about VCOM’s orientation was hospitality of the faculty and staff. I felt like I was being welcomed home!
I am interested in family medicine because I don't think I could ever limit myself to a specialty. Family medicine is a broad discipline that allows a physician to provide care in almost every spectrum of medicine. My future plan is to join a small family practice serving the needs of a medically under-served community and settle down to have a family. If asked, my friends would tell you that I am a crazy workaholic who's learning to get all the work done and still makes sure that I have time for fun.
